Withdrawal / Return
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason for your return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case you will only be charged the immediate cost of returning the product. In the event that the reason for your return is a mistake by the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided the return has been made by the shipping company.
You are required to dispatch the product in the proper condition in which you received it, that is, its packaging has not been violated and by confirming that the special marks on the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the proof of retail sale at the same time as you submit the withdrawal statement contained in the ‘return form’. Returns will only be accepted by courier shipment and only with company approval.
In case of return of the products and accordingly, the way you chose to pay your order and the way they will be refunded, your refund will be completed within 8 business days of receiving the products.
Replace / Replace
