More specifically, the following were used:
– 2 of the most well-known and effective adaptive herbs, in the form of a titrated extract: Rhodiola Rosea and Korean Ginseng.
– High content of all B vitamins, as they contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production*. Particular attention was paid to vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, which contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue* and to pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), which in addition to treating fatigue and fatigue, also contributes to normal mental function.*
